equality
We must work for gender equality in land sector.

women’s lack of access and control over productive resources and services, reduces fundraising for agriculture and entrepreneurship and does not promote good inclusion. So, we need to know the challenges for solid solution approaches.

challenge

Our challenges here are:

  • serious underemployment of rural women
  • persistent inequalities between men and women in terms of access to land
  • exclusion of women, young people and the poor from land tenure decisions

solution

  • Establish a motivation mechanism for women;
  • Set up a land inclusion system in the member states;
  • Motivate rural women and help them own land to increase the mobilization of agricultural investment;
  • Motivate access to land through the inheritance system

results

  • Increase the entrepreneurial investment of women in Africa
  • Effectiveness of equal access to land for women and men
  • Motivate more women and young people to agricultural activities
