Currently serving as Technical Coordinator & PM for the final summative evaluation of “Sierra Leone Education Innovation Challenge” (SLEIC), leading field teams, managing data collection, producing technical reports, and partners coordinatiion. Simultaneously supporting Youth Initiative for Land in Africa, managing youth-focused programmes, designing training cycles, engaging experts, and ensuring donor compliance across EU and international projects.
