Administrative Officier in various ministries department ( Ministry of Territory Administration and Ministry of Higher Education ) since 2005. He hold Master in Public Law (University of Bamako, 2002), Master in International and Compared Law of Environmemt (2006, University of Limoges), Master in Regional Planning and Country and City Planning ( African Institute of Development/West Africa and Sahel/IPD-AOS of Ouagadougou(2011). Aso, Founemakan Sissoko did one year of professional course in Regionalmanagement with German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Developement in Germany(2007-2008). He received his Ph.D. in Land Resource Science from SouthWest University (China) in 2018. He is currently Assistant-Professor at the University of Law and Political Science of Bamako. His has rencently published on « Urban Planning Uncertainty in Bamako District », 2020, in African Journal of Land Policy and Geospatial Sciences.
I engage myself to get up the youth land governance in Africa.
